What is Mentorship?

The Mentorship Program within SCEEM aims to foster lifelong relationships between mentors (upperclassmen) and mentees (underclassmen) that thrive both at and beyond their time at The Masters School. Pairings help each other navigate the unique struggles of being a person of color at a predominantly white, private institution.
